Orsolya Kovacs is a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group in Zurich. She joined the firm in Budapest in 2013. She specializes in People & Organization topics, focusing on HR, organizational transformations, change management, leadership and talent; with expertise in consumer goods, professional services, utilities, and public sector.
Reto Rüegger is co-founder of softfactors AG, a company that digitalizes the recruiting process and matches candidate profiles to jobs. His entrepreneurial spirit, as well as his long experi-ence as management trainer, coach, lecturer and executive in international companies, give him an all-around understanding of the complexity of HR and its future challenges.
Prof. Dr. Gudrun Sander is Adjunct Professor of Business Administration with a special emphasis on diversity management at the University of St.Gallen. She is also a member of the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) Working Group on Gender Equality and Director of the Competence Centre for Diversity and Inclusion CCDI.
Dr. Mike Widmer works as Managing Partner at Boyden Global Executive Search. He started his career in a software company. Later he joined McKinsey in New Jersey before he set up, and ran a software company in Germany. Mike Widmer has a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Zurich and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Susanne Giger is a member of the Board at Coop and works in her own company. She studied Business Administration at HSG, worked in an SME’s project management and headed «Sponsoring and Events» at Zurich Switzerland. In 2002 she completed her postgraduate studies in journalism. Until 2018 she worked as a business editor and moderator at the SRF.
Dr. Ariel Hugentobler joined HSG Alumni on January 2013 as Head of Alumni Career. He finished his studies as Dr. oec. HSG in 1995 and worked as CFO at the Consulting Company IMG. In his prior position, he was the Global Head HR at Belimed, a division of Metall Zug.
