Christoph Ganz is a Swiss citizen and obtained his MBA degree from the University of St.Gallen in Switzerland. He joined the Sika Group in 1996, where he built its global distribution business from a local Swiss project to a $1 billion global business unit with operations in 72 countries. In 2007, Mr. Ganz became the youngest member of the Sika Group Executive Board. Mr. Ganz moved to France in 2009 to become CEO of Sika France and its $350 million operations throughout the country and North Africa; in 2013 he transferred to the U.S. as President and CEO of Sika Corporation with ultimate responsibility for the company’s $1.1 billion operations in North America that included 26 production plants and over 1,900 employees. Since the beginning of 2018 he has been managing the newly established Sika Region Americas covering 19 countries in North and Latin America, with 56 production plants and over 4,400 employees which producing sales in excess of $1.8 billion.
Mr. Ganz is married and has a 16 year old daughter; over the last 10 years, he has lived in Paris, France and in New York City until the end of 2018 when he moved back to Zug, Switzerland near Sika’s Global Headquarters.
