CEO of Tetra Pak
Adolfo has been President & CEO of Tetra Pak since April 2019. With a career spanning over three decades at Tetra Pak, he has led various functions and businesses across geographies.
Playing a fundamental role in defining the company’s strategy, Adolfo has been a driving force behind the company’s purpose – to commit to make food safe and available everywhere, and to Protect What’s Good - protecting food, people and the planet.
Adolfo is based in Lausanne. Originally from Mexico, he has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Ibero-American University and a master’s degree in business administration from Mexico Autonomous Institute of Technology.
CEO of Rio Tinto
Jakob Stausholm joined Rio Tinto in September 2018 as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer. He became Chief Executive in 2021.
As Chief Executive, Jakob brings strategic and commercial expertise and governance experience. He is committed to rebuilding trust with communities, Traditional Owners and engaging broadly with stakeholders, including governments, partners and other business leaders.
Jakob has over 20 years’ experience, primarily in senior finance roles at Maersk Group and Royal Dutch Shell plc. He was also a Non-Executive Director of Woodside Petroleum and Statoil (now Equinor).
CEO of Bain & Company
Manny Maceda, joined Bain & Company in 1988 and became the worldwide managing partner in 2018 (CEO and Chairman of the Board).
He has held multiple leadership roles within Bain including Chairman of the Asia-Pacific region and Lead of Bain’s Full Potential Transformation Group, Performance Improvement practice and Reengineering practice.
Manny holds an MS in Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Chemical Engineering (magna cum laude) from Illinois Institute of Technology.
Andreas Weckherlin is a Non-Executive Director, investor and advisor – combing the best of Consumer & Technology (FMCG, Retail, Luxury, Healthcare). He has extensive experience of senior executive and board positions in Europe and AsPac.
He is the Founder of JAT Holdings, a leading advisory based in Zurich & Hong Kong.
Andreas brings over 20 years of experience in senior positions in both big corporations and entrepreneurial start-ups. He started his career at Nestle, Kraft Foods and BAT where he served in Regional Director roles in North Asia, leading large teams and growth acceleration through brand building, digitalization and innovation.
He has a proven track record of leading both turnaround and high growth businesses; developing, expanding and optimizing existing business models, services and product offerings for both public and private companies with B2B and B2C business models.
Andreas serves on various Boards of Directors, both private and NGO’s. He is also a Senior Advisor for the Endeavor entrepreneur movement.
He is a graduate from University of St. Gallen (lic. oec. HSG with Hons) and an alumni from Harvard Business School (HBS) and IMD Lausanne. Besides philanthropy and modern arts, Andreas loves skiing, modern art and running marathons.
