Module 1a – Career assessment
Career assessment consists of three consultations and a reality check. On the basis of the Insights MDI® analysis, which provides insights into your strengths and weaknesses, your preferred behaviour and your motivation, you will work out your positioning. You will define your core competencies and find out what motivates you. You will be able to deduce your career objectives from these findings. By way of conclusion to Module 1, your positioning and your career objectives will be subjected to a reality check by a job market expert.

Module 1b – Communication
Communication consists of three consultations, a workshop and an action plan check. To prepare yourself optimally for your entry into the market, you will practise your oral and written communication. On the basis of your positioning and your career objectives, you will draw up a professional CV, optimise your social media presence (LinkedIn) and work out an action plan, which will be subjected to an action plan check by a job market expert. At the same time, you will learn how to present yourself optimally with your USP, your 90-second pitch and your specific bridge stories.

Module 2a: Market entry
Module 2a will provide support in the active market entry with five consultations and two job hunting sessions. We will provide general interview trainings as well as interview preparation for specific job interviews. Furthermore, we train and support your network activities and help you to refine your search strategy and to implement your action plan. We also support you in the preparation for assessment centres, if you need to participate in one. The five consultation can be adapted to your individual needs and requirements.

Module 2b: Newplacement
The final module will provide comprehensive support in the search for a new challenge. It includes unlimited touch points with your senior consultant and the job market experts, which are based on the former modules. In this module, we will address fully your individual requirements and give you unlimited support until you have found a new position or have become self-employed. In addition, we support you in the onboarding process, to guarantee you the best start possible.
